Dr. Shirley Young wanted to be an optometrist since she was sixteen years old because her own optometrist was such a great influence and mentor to her. She continues to enjoy every aspect of optometry from comprehensive eye exams to laser consultations. She enjoys educating and explaining ocular conditions so her patients can learn about their eye conditions.
