We have a wide selection of frame and lens upgrades. All our eyewear packages include frame and lenses with basic scratch resistant coatings. Additional lens upgrades can be added depending on your visual needs, prescription, and lifestyle. Our knowledgeable eye care professionals will work with you to educate and recommend the perfect lens for all your needs.

Administration Pricing
For specific cases, our clinical team offers administrative services to meet your requests. Please see below.
$55 - Release of Entire File
For patients who would like their entire file to be released to them. This involves administration efforts from our team and optometrist to review all records and provide any final write up or notes for the file to be shared with the patient. Please remember that a copy of past prescriptions are free of charge.
$30 - Basic Form Completion
If you require our Optometrist to help sign and complete forms such as MTO, medical note for work, workplace vision requirement forms, or Police/RCMP/Firefighter/Military application etc. then there is a small fee to help complete this.
$95 - Legal Form Completion
If you require our Optometrist to help sign and complete forms requested by a lawyer then there is an administrative fee to help complete this.
